Barbara is a sought-after executive/leadership coach, trainer and facilitator, focusing on emerging leaders as well as brand and culture strategy.

Over the past 25 years, she has built her career in hospitality operations, evolving into leadership development, training and executive coaching. Barbara has held senior leadership, corporate and external consultant positions in both private and publicly held organizations.

She has successfully led teams of up to 350 employees and believes that the greatest results come from teams that have open communication, motivation to succeed, buy-in to the culture, and feel empowered to help the organization achieve its goals. These traits are not possible with great leadership.In her coaching practice, Barbara’s open style allows her clients the freedom to explore their strengths and opportunities so they can capitalize on both to better serve their teams.

Barbara’s audiences range from line level employees in hotels and union employees in transportation, to executive level leaders and owners.Barbara earned her degree from the University of Houston’s, Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management. She is certified in multiple leadership & management training programs including being certified by Steinbrecher And Associates, Inc. in the ROI Coaching model which places special emphasis on Mental Model behavior, 360 assessments along with goal setting and accountability.
