I studied Coaching with an accredited coaching institution, CoachU, and am working towards my Associate Coach Credential (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). I’m committed to coaching to the standards for coaches globally set through the ICF’s Core Competencies and Code of Ethics and am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) – Atlantic Chapter.I bring 17+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Management, Operations, Sales Training, Coaching, and Workforce Development with Fortune 500 and large companies, most notably Xerox Canada, to our coaching relationship.
Large-scale Workforce Development initiatives that I’ve led at Xerox Canada include: Employee Engagement, Employee Recognition, and Employee Wellness. I’ve also gained valuable experience in Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Outsourcing, and managing Service Delivery teams.
